I work with intelligent, dynamic adults and adolescents who want to better understand themselves and the challenges in their lives.
My treatment approach is rooted in psychodynamic and relational techniques, although I tailor my approach to meet each client’s individual needs. I see adults and adolescents age 14 and up for individual psychotherapy.
Insurance and Fees
My session fee is $140.
I am an out-of-network provider, which means that I do not participate directly with insurance plans. However, I am happy to provide you with documentation to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
I have experience treating a wide variety of issues and specialize in treating individuals with anxiety, depression, codependence, disordered eating, low self esteem, and/or challenging life transitions.
My office is conveniently located in Saint Paul near the intersection of Snelling & Selby Avenues. I am within walking distance of several colleges and universities including Macalester, St. Thomas, and Hamline.
How long is each session?
How often do we meet?
Therapy sessions are 50 minutes. Most clients typically come in one to two times per week.
Why don’t you take insurance?
Many insurance companies dictate the type, frequency, and duration of treatment for their members. I have chosen to remain out-of-network with insurance so that I can fully respect the confidentiality, individual needs, and autonomy of my clients.
Do you offer virtual appointments?
Yes. I offer teletherapy via a secure video platform for individuals located in Minnesota.
What forms of payment do you accept?
You can pay for your session via cash, check, credit card or HSA/FSA card.
